Audit Office mission is to conduct independent, reliable and appropriately documented financial, performance and compliance audit in the public and wider public sector, for purposes of public reporting, optimal management of public resources and the fight against corruption and interference.

The primary function of the State Archives, as a place of deposit for public records, is to receive from government departments and other bodies subject to the State Archives Law those of their records that must be permanently kept and to hold them for official use.

CAPA is responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Public Service for the benefit of the individual citizens and society at large, mainly through the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive learning policy for the Public Service, at individual, group and organisational levels.

Green Dot Cyprus is the first collective recycling system approved in Cyprus and is a non-profit organization. It was established based on the Packaging Law and Packaging Waste Law N32 (I) / 2002, which determines the responsibility of companies for recovery and recycling of packaging that they place on the market. It serves more than 80% of the population of Cyprus.

The mission of the HHIC is to supply the hospitality, catering and the broader tourism industry with appropriately trained and specialized personnel.

The vision of the Law Commissioner is to broaden the Office and make it well-known to all appropriate authorities and the public regarding the tasks and its proper role in law reform in general. 

The Commissioner performs the duties and exercises the powers assigned by the GDPR or any other relevant law in complete independence.
