Water and Electricity consumption

I would like to have access to the water and electricity consumption historical data. Of course the data should be somehow annonymized either aggregated by area, postcode, etc. With the use of the mentioned data, more effective campaings regarding the cosnumption can be archived. At this point sample data is enough for analysis and demo purposes.
