Real time data

I would like to buid an application to visualise real time data. Ideally I would like to have the energy consumption per minute(hour or whatever possible) in Cyprus, or even just the governmental buildings or even just the University of Cyprus. 
If such data are not available, can you please guide me to what live data we can get? Ideally something that changes frequenty.
